Project-based AI & coding

Learn to build by shipping something real.

Most courses hand you an exercise. Nexa Pathways starts with a problem you actually have, and ends with a working product you can put in front of an employer.

One project, five phases

What a build looks like

Every phase ends with something that exists. Nobody moves on by attending.

The shape of the course

Five phases, one project you chose

Each phase ends with something that exists — not a grade on an exercise. You cannot skip ahead, because each phase feeds the next.

  1. Discovery & ideation

You talk through what you actually care about until there is a problem worth solving, and it becomes a project blueprint.

  2. Product creation

Features, user journey, screens, then a working prototype you can click through — built with AI, decided by you.

  3. Testing & validation

Designed for you to put it in front of real people, watch what breaks, and change the thing rather than defend it.

  4. Deployment

Designed for you to get it online at a URL you can send to anyone, and understand what you just shipped.

  5. Portfolio & showcase

A public project page, a demo script, and a credential an employer can verify.

What happens in each phase →

What you leave with

Evidence, not a certificate of attendance

A product that runs

Your prototype, clickable and meant to be deployed, with the code you can keep working on.

A demo you can give

A short script for walking someone through what you built and the decisions behind it.

A public project page

Your work and your write-up. It is meant to show what you did yourself versus what the AI did.

A credential that checks out

The aim is a link an employer can open to confirm the work is yours and see the project behind it.

Using AI honestly

The AI builds with you, and says so

Letting a model write everything teaches nothing. Nexa Pathways is built around the decisions that stay yours.

  • You choose the problem, the users and which features survive the cut — the AI never decides those.
  • Every generated screen is explained back to you, so you can say what it does and why it is there.
  • Each project is meant to record what the AI contributed, with that summary as part of your public page.
  • Phase quizzes are designed to check that you can explain your own product, not that you can copy an answer.
Students and cohorts

Join on your own, or with your course

Individuals start whenever places open. The plan is for universities to run Nexa Pathways as a cohort, with progress visible to the course lead.

Be in the first cohort

We will open places in small groups so every build gets attention. Tell us where you are and we will write when there is a date. Nexa Pathways is for people aged 18 or over.

We keep your email, your role and your university, if you give it, so we can tell you when places open. We also record the date, the country you signed up from and a scrambled form of your network address, which we use to limit repeat sign-ups. We do not sell your details or pass them to other organisations for their own use. To have them deleted, email hello@nexapathways.ai.
